Shelia is an executive with 30 years of healthcare experience including day-to-day facility management, negotiating with third party payers, physician relationships, scheduling/staffing, purchasing, revenue cycle and cash flow management and accreditation.  

Prior to joining Practice Partners in Healthcare, Sheila served as a Vice President of Operations for the nation’s largest owner and operator of ambulatory surgery centers, with responsibilities including management of 11 ASCs, an anesthesia provider and a billing company. Sheila is an articulate communicator with results-driven operational and business skills. She has remained active in professional ASC organizations at the local, state and national level during her career. Her experience in total operational management of ambulatory surgery centers and strategic partnership business ventures enables Practice Partners to provide physicians with value added operational management.
