Lecia Willingham has over 25 years of experience in healthcare development, operations management and capital equipment sales. Prior to joining Practice Partners she served as National Account Executive with GE Healthcare for over ten years providing consultive sales and asset management expertise to customers ranging from national outpatient imaging companies to the largest community hospital IDN (integrated delivery network) in the United States.

She also led the development of the Construction Playbook, a detailed capital equipment sales process related to the hospital construction and development for the US Sales organization. The construction and development expertise lead to key executive relationships with healthcare architects and equipment planners across the United States. Lecia’s entry into healthcare focused on operations including operational efficiencies, marketing, staff management, physician contract negotiations and managing change in during high growth environments. Her operations expertise provided the foundation for serving as VP of Diagnostic Imaging Operations with a subsequent promotion to VP of Development for ambulatory surgery, diagnostic Imaging centers and outpatient rehabilitation for a Fortune 500 Healthcare company. Success of over 50 healthcare acquisitions and de novo development projects, which included complex joint-venture structures, is evidence of Lecia’s ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite Executive and Physicians and deliver results in the complex healthcare environment. Lecia has a BS in Psychology from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
