Doctor Spotlight: Dr. Bradley Steele of Lowcountry Ambulatory Center

Dr. Steele has been practicing Urology and urologic surgery since 2000. He was a founding member of Lowcountry Urology Clinics when the practice formed in 2006.

An Indiana native, Dr. Steele earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Evansville. He then earned his M.D. from Indiana University. Dr. Steele completed his general surgery internship and his Urology residency at UNC School of Medicine at Chapel Hill. While at North Carolina, he authored many Urology presentations and published articles, and earned the distinction of Urology Resident of the Year.

Dr. Steele began his Urology practice in Charleston SC in 2000, and joined Lowcountry Urology Clinics when it formed in 2006. Today his Urology practice focuses on urologic malignancies, erectile dysfunction, female reconstructive surgery, endourology and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Steele is a certified DaVinci robotic surgeon.

A member of the American Board of Urology, Dr. Steele is also the current Vice President of the South Carolina Urological Association. He also serves on several Urology boards, committees and research teams.

Dr. Steele lives in Johns Island, SC with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys fishing, boating, golf, cycling, basketball, skiing and automobile restoration.
