Dr. Kurt Krueger is the medical director at Cornerstone Surgicare in Pensacola, FL. He has nearly 40 years practicing medicine and has improved the quality of life for thousands of patients. Dr. Krueger is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty in Pain Management, and has been a partner at Pain Consultants of West Florida since 2003. After completing medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, he found his passion for anesthesiology and pain medicine while completing his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.
Dr. Krueger was recently elected president of the Escambia County Medical Society Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to assuring access to healthcare for the medically indigent citizens of the area. He is looking forward to improving the local indigent population’s access to medical care through his service with the ECMS Foundation. Dr. Krueger is affiliated with many professional associations, among them the Mayo Foundation, Doctor’s Mayo Society, and the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
His hobbies outside of work include cycling, sailing, and golf. Dr. Krueger has hospital privileges at Sacred Heart Hospital and Baptist Hospital.
