Dr. Fulton is a physician at Palmetto Health Orthopaedics (formerly Moore Center for Orthopedics / Providence Orthopedic Group) and has been the Medical Director at Moore Orthopaedic Clinic Outpatient Surgery Center for 10 years.

Dr. Fulton obtained his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine located in Cincinnati, Ohio. From there, he completed his residency at Indiana Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. He completed his fellowship with the University of Cincinnati Medical Center/Cincinnati Hand Surgery Specialist in hand and shoulder surgery.

He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and also has a certificate of additional training in hand surgery. Dr. Fulton is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Common procedures he performs include hand/wrist/elbow surgery, shoulder arthroscopy, impingement surgery, total shoulder replacement surgery, reverse shoulder replacements, carpel tunnel release, decompression, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, tendon reconstructive surgery and arthritis reconstructive surgery.
