Cornerstone Surgicare, LLC has achieved a three-year accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), with Medicare Deemed Status. Accreditation distinguishes this ambulatory center from many other outpatient facilities by providing the highest quality of care to its patients as determined by an independent, external process of evaluation. “Practice Partners in Healthcare (PPH) values the achievement of accreditation of the ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) that we serve”, stated Lee Anne Blackwell, VP of Clinical Services at PPH. Through the accreditation process, the ASCs experience an extensive, and thorough on-site survey by AAHC experts, administrators, physicians, nurses and life safety qualified inspectors. “We are proud that these centers have achieved the highest level of accreditation to include The Medicare Deemed Status certification.
