We are extremely happy for Total Pain Care (TPC) on their achievement of a three-year accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), with Medicare Deemed Status. Every three years, each center undergoes AAAHC accreditation. On July 19th, 2016, AAAHC recognized TPC for providing high-quality care. This accreditation is completed by an external source to be completely impartial.
At Practice Partners in Healthcare (PPH), we highly value the achievement of accreditation by the AAAHC. This inspection is an extensive and detailed on-site survey by administrators, physicians, nurses and life safety qualified experts. We truly believe that AAAHC accreditation sets ASCs apart and promotes each facility to be a leader in quality, safety and efficient outpatient surgical services.
Each center works very hard to maintain the highest quality care but we are extremely proud of our team at Total Pain Care. TPC has shown that they are dedicated to providing superior care! About AAAHC: The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, founded in 1979, is the leader in ambulatory health care accreditation with more than 6,000 organizations accredited nationwide. AAAHC accredits a variety of organizations including, ambulatory surgery centers, office-based surgery centers, endoscopy centers, student health centers, military health care clinics, and large medical and dental practices. AAAHC serves as an advocate for the provision of high-quality healthcare through the development of nationally recognized standards through its survey and accreditation programs. AAAHC accreditation is recognized as a symbol of quality by third-party payers, medical organizations, liability insurance companies, state and federal agencies and the public.
