We are very proud of Lowcountry Ambulatory Center and join them in the celebration of passing their three-year full term accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare, Inc., (AAAHC) who conducted their survey on December 11-12, 2017.
The AAAHC surveyor was extremely detailed regarding the accreditation standards and was very helpful and most consultative throughout the survey process. We identified a few minor areas for improvement and corrected them successfully during the inspection. The surveyor commented and complimented the team on the readiness and willfulness to work toward solutions for improvement of identified processes during the survey. In the spirit of continuous improvement and in the interest of high quality and safe patient care, we celebrate this important accomplishment and receipt of the accreditation certification granted to Lowcountry Ambulatory Center by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare, Inc.
