Bill is an experienced development professional with more than 8 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining Practice Partners he served as Director of Development for one of the largest providers of ASC services in the country, where he was responsible for acquisitions, de novo projects, and syndications.

Sheila Boros is an executive with over 22 years of healthcare experience including day-to-day facility management, negotiating with third party payers, physician relationships, scheduling/staffing, purchasing, cash flow management and accreditation.

Dare Hartsell, RN MSN
Vice President of Clinical Services,
Dare Hartsell has over 11 years of healthcare experience years including direct patient care experience in CVICU, PACU and PREOP. Her clinical experience began in the acute care setting at a large catholic acute care hospital and later at a large university teaching hospital in a clinical coordinator role, preparing clinical trial applications for Institutional Review Board approval.
