Our centers are physician centric and focus on high customer service. Our goal is to create value for our partners in both clinical and financial outcomes. The Practice Partners Advantage Our development fees are zero, other than out-of-pocket travel expenses and incidental expenses incurred on behalf of the partnership. We purchase both new and refurbished equipment to create value and reduce debt. Management fees are 6% of actual collections not based on projections or other methodology. We are paid when the facility is paid, not when charges are generated. We increase cash flow by maximizing charge capture and streamlining the billing and collection process. All of our projects have received AAAHC accreditation on the 1st survey. Our expertise resides in single and multi specialty ASCs. We are active in CON and non-CON states with success in obtaining CONs in difficult environments. All of our centers are successful and profitable. We still operate every center we have initiated as a company.
